Job Description 


MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE


To support projects and systems that ensures the smooth delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of systems used by the Network Control Center (NCC), enhancing operational efficiency, minimizing disruption impact, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards while driving innovation within the NCC. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Acts as the focal point for NCC projects, coordinating between IT, Operations Control, Flight Dispatch, Crew Planning, and external vendors.
  • Leads the coordination, testing, and rollout of the in-house Disruption Management Tool, ensuring it meets operational needs and business continuity standards.
  • Assists in implementing system enhancements and process automation initiatives in coordination IT to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve service delivery across NCC processes.
  • Oversees monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement of in-house tools, ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous improvement.
  • Manages initiatives within NCC, ensuring effective monitoring, timely upgrades, and alignment with operational requirements.
  • Tests and validates new releases of operational systems such as Flight Planning Module (FPM), Airline Information Management System (AIMS), Skybook, OpsCore, and NCC-developed tools, reporting issues and driving resolution.
  • Works closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of NCC solutions with wider organizational systems.
  • Supports change management by engaging stakeholders, documenting workflows, and training users on newly deployed tools.
  • Provides structured feedback and business requirements for future enhancements to operational platforms.
  • Monitors KPIs, system performance, and process efficiency to ensure delivery of measurable improvements.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory and operational standards while driving innovation in tools and processes.
  • Identifies risks in project execution or system performance and propose effective mitigation measures.
  • Acts as a key interface between Operations and IT by coordinating projects, testing, and rollouts of critical operational systems, including the in-house Disruption Management Tool.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in airline opMinimum of 5 years’ experience working in airline operations is desirable. Dual background in technical systems and operations will be considered a strong advantage.erations is desirable.
  • Awareness of ARINC messaging standards and system integration concepts (APIs, middleware) is desirable.
  • Years with qualifications: 5 - 7 Years
  • In-depth knowledge of airline operational systems such as AIMS, Flight Planning (FPM, Skybook, and OpsCore. Understanding of system testing methodologies, automation tools, and UAT processes. Supplementary training in airline operations or dispatch systems preferred.

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
